    Khaleel Seecharan, Ed.D

    Dr. Khaleel Seecharan is an organizational development and empowerment consultant dedicated to building equitable, high-performing institutions. He has served as Chief of Staff to Dr. Atul Gawande at Ariadne Labs and as a strategy advisor to Dr. Julio Frenk at UCLA. A first-generation American from Trinidad and Tobago, Khaleel brings academic rigor and lived experience to his work in adaptive leadership and institutional strategy. He holds a doctorate in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and degrees from Florida International University.

    Sharon Ravitch, Ph.D

    Dr. Sharon Ravitch is a Professor of Practice at the University of Pennsylvania and teaches leadership and organizational equity at Wharton’s Executive Education Hub. A Fulbright Fellow and GIAN Knowledge Exchange Scholar, she has advised global ministries and organizations on adaptive leadership, equity, and systemic change. Author of eight acclaimed books, Sharon integrates anthropology, psychology, and organizational theory to drive human-centered transformation. She holds two master’s degrees from Harvard University and a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
